By participating in Culture Assessment Facilitator Training, you will be able to: 

 

 

¨ Identify and correctly use functional definitions of school culture;

¨ Understand the difference between school climate and school culture;

¨ Identify the three major behaviors exhibited in a healthy school culture;

¨ Identify signs of a toxic culture;

¨ Utilize data gathering tools effectively and appropriately;

¨ Develop culture improvement recommendations from the collected data;

¨ Develop a school culture profile presentation;

¨ Collaborate with a learning community to improve their school’s culture;

¨ Be certified to conduct a complete School Culture Assessment and develop a plan of action for improving the existing culture.
